STRATEGIC PLANNING
Betts Interests develops a thorough Strategic Plan which includes a Space Program Requirements Document that translates a business’s space needs and wants into an accurate square footage forecast. Further, by evaluating that business’s potential departmental growth needs, we can predict future space needs and craft space expansion.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
We’ll complete a thorough proposal financial analyses of existing and proposed candidate properties. We’ll then pair these analyses with other transaction costs to evaluate ‘total occupancy costs’. If you have questions please contact us below.

PRIVATE EQUITY
Betts Interests will collaborate with licensed professionals to secure private equity from early stage to public finance. Typical placements range from $5M-$50M.

MARKET RESEARCH
We’ll complete a thorough evaluation of direct and sublease availability that meet forecasted space needs. We’ll look at direct space, sublease space and ‘creative alternative’ product types.

MEZZANINE & SENIOR DEBT
Through our qualified network of proven lenders, Betts Interests can help you bridge mezzanine and senior debt financing for your commercial real estate needs.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & ENGINEERING
By starting with an accurate Space Program Requirements Document, we then engage qualified architectural firms to translate our clients’ needs to all candidate buildings.

MANAGED CONSTRUCTION DELIVERY
Whether a ground-up design build facility or a simple interior remodel, we work with general contractors with proven track records of delivering construction projects on time and under budget. We maintain strict time- and cost-sensitive best practices to keep all subcontractors coordinated and delivery deadlines met.

TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT
Whether negotiating a complex Lease (Commercial Lease Agreement) or completing thorough due diligence for a Purchase (Purchase Sale Agreement) we’ll work with you to ensure that all transaction functions and corresponding documents are completed accurately.

RELOCATION
Time is money, we get that. By communicating and organizing each person within our client reconfigurations or relocations directly with our movers, we minimize downtime, maximize efficiency and ensure our clients that all furniture, voice/data and all business systems are up and operational before the relocation deadline.
